BB Victoria on a mission

The Sacred Heart Mission based in St Kilda was founded in 1982 .  Their aim is to help the destitute and people at risk in the community.  The Mission provides up to 450 meals a day and volunteers come to assist from both the corporate world and private sector.  The chefs are the only employed people.

In the past few years, B'nai B'rith Victoria has sent groups of volunteers to help during the Christmas and Easter periods and whenever there has been a need.  We have found it a privilege to help such a worthy organisation.

This photo shows Danielle Schilling, Dennis and Fairlie Nassau - members of Melbourne Mitzvah Lodge, and was taken on Sunday 29 January  at the Sacred Heart Mission, St Kilda.
