Save the Children Australia are a part of the global ‘Save the Children’ network comprising 30 children’s charities that helps families around the world. These children’s charities are dedicated to helping children globally via aid and development programs. They go to the toughest places to save children from earthquakes, cyclones, conflicts and disease. Where children are being exploited, neglected or abused, they protect them from harm.

Save a Child’s Heart in Israel provides life-saving treatment to critically ill children suffering from heart disease, from countries where access to paediatric heart care is limited or non -existent.
Today, accounting for over 6000 children, its vision is to train local medical teams in paediatric cardiac care in partner countries, building capacity and changing healthcare where it is most needed: In Tanzania, Ethiopia, Zambia and nearby to the Palestinian Authority and in many other countries.
