Our Units

Our Units are the heartbeat of our Engage, Connect, Belong philosophy –and where many of our members make lifelong friends.

Each Unit undertakes a wide range of hands-on care and assistance projects for the community, engaging in their own charitable and outreach missions.

Units are also active social hubs, offering social and cultural activities and events such as lectures, trivia quizzes, walks, musical evenings, cookery demonstrations, weekends away and a book club.
